Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and s555 ("s555", "the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to or use of s555 constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the s555 platform.

2.3 Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) s555 Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through third parties, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

By registering, you confirm that such activity is lawful for you personally.

3.3 s555 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to use your Account to place bets or conduct transactions.

4.2 All deposits and withdrawals must be processed through payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. s555 reserves the right to return funds to source and freeze accounts where third-party payment activity is detected.
4.3 Withdrawal requests from verified s555 accounts are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5–20 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. These timelines are indicative and not contractually guaranteed.

5.1 All sports bets placed on s555, including cricket, PSL markets, UFC, and other available markets, are subject to the specific rules displayed at the time of placing. These rules govern settlement, void conditions, and special circumstances including match abandonment, player withdrawal, and result disputes.
5.2 Live (in-play) betting markets at s555 are subject to suspension and re-pricing without notice during the course of an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets placed during system processing periods may be voided at s555's discretion.
5.3 Palpable errors in odds (manifestly incorrect prices) may be voided by s555 after acceptance. s555 will notify affected users of voided bets and return staked funds to the Account Balance.

5.5 s555 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any betting market or casino game at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
6.1 s555 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates. 6.2 Bonus funds are credited separately to real money balances. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bets to artificially meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with third parties to exploit promotions — is a material breach of these Terms. s555 will void bonuses and associated winnings and may close accounts where such abuse is identified.
6.4 s555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a User has already satisfied the eligibility conditions for a specific reward.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the s555 Platform:
Violations of prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the s555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of s555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the s555 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from s555 content is granted under these Terms.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, or service interruptions.
9.2 s555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect availability. s555 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
9.3 In no circumstances shall s555's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim exceed the amount of that User's Account Balance at the time the claim arose.
10.1 s555 is committed to providing tools and resources to support responsible gaming for all users. These include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your s555 Account settings or by contacting support.

11.3 Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting s555 support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Withdrawable Balance will be processed to the User's registered payment method.
s555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the s555 Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept revised Terms must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.
